Walking in Mallorca-which is more than just a beach!

Mallorca has some great beaches to enjoy-as if you already didn't know-busy beaches near the city of Palma, the hidden-away Gems as Formentor in the North of the island and Sa Coma located on the East Coast. But there must be more to Mallorca beaches, right? Of course there are, and you can discover everything when you go walking in Mallorca. Here are some of the things to see and do that make walking in Mallorca a great way to see the island.

Cultural wonders

Bustling Palm, with its impressive Cathedral and fascinating Museum of Mallorca, tiny ancient villages dotted throughout, there are many places to go to find out more about the culture and history of the island when you go walking in Mallorca. You'll also find many churches and other religious buildings on the island, with one of the highlights is the monastery of Nostra Senyora de Lluc-a very sacred place in Majorca.
